IN MEMORIAM: Ashley M. Allen, 29;

Laurens Graduate Dies In Herkimer

HERKIMER – Ashley M. Allen, 29, a Laurens Central School graduate, passed away unexpectedly from natural causes in Herkimer on Friday Nov. 23, 2018.

She was born Dec. 5, 1988 in Cooperstown, the daughter of Wayne and Michelle (Beckwith) Allen, Jr.

Ashley’s life was centered around her family, proving herself a loving and caring mother, daughter and sister. She enjoyed the quality time she spent with her loved ones. She will be sadly missed by her loving and devoted family and friends.

Survivors include her parents, Wayne and Michelle of Herkimer; her son, Chad; maternal grandparents, Rita and Howard Disch; paternal grandparents, Wayne and Kay Allen Sr.; a sister, Denielle Schaffer and husband Brad of Worcester; brother, Garth Allen of Herkimer, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the caring guidance of the Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (next to NBT Bank), 527 East Albany Street, Herkimer, NY 315-866-1500.
