Focus Employee Arrested For Theft, Needle Possession INDEX –  A Focus Otsego employee has been arrested for possessing a hypodermic needle and for stealing money from a co-worker’s car, the Otsego County Sheriff’s Department reports. Oneonta Fire Leaves Family Of 5 Homeless ONEONTA – An early morning fire today at a home on Oneida Street destroyed a mobile home and left a family of five homeless. Manager Charged In Apartment Burglary ONEONTA – An building manager was arrested and charged with taking items from a Hill Street apartment in mid-November, Oneonta police reported today.
