United, 2 Boy Scout Councils

Celebrate At Crumhorn Camp

Boy Scouts Johnathan Child, Lincon Waffle, Robert Child and Benjamin Child, all members of Troop 3 in Morris, practice teamwork with a walking A-frame exercise where communication and alternating forces help to 'walk' the frame carrying Thomas Pondolfino, Oneonta. The boys were on site at the Henderson Scout Reservation as part of the 'Pleased To Meet-Cha Camporee', which was celebrating the first time all troops of the newly formed Leatherstocking Council have come together since it formed from the Revolutionary Trails Council and Otchodela Council formed last year. The Camp, on the shore of Crumhorn Lake off Otsego County Route 35 in the Maryland, has hosted scouts for dozens of years.
