IN MEMORIAM: Irene E. McCumber, 69; Quilter WELLS BRIDGE –  Irene E. McCumber, 69, of Wells Bridge, mother of two and an avid quilter, of Wells Bridge died Wednesday. Oct. 21, 2015, at Bassett Hospital. She was born on Dec. 1, 1945, in Leonardsville, NY to Robert W. & Charlotte (Dockstader) Schwenk and married Norman McCumber on Aug. 10, 1963, who survives her.…
