CITY HALL IGNORES CHARTER,

REVISION COMMITTEE REPORTS

Charter Revision Commission members at tonight's Common Council meeting include, from left, Sarah Patterson, Martha Forgiano, chair Laurie Zimniewicz, Paul Scheele and Steve Londner.  The commission reported their review found little effort had been made to implement the charter in the two years since voters approved it by a wide margin.
