Despite Rains, Spooky

Kids Haunt Museum

The spooky Hopkins sisters of Schenevus, top – Serenity, left, and Nadia – are among the trick-or-treaters this afternoon at Cooperstown’s Farmers’ Museum, taking advantage of the Empire Carousel rides and such activities as dramatic readings of “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” until 4 p.m. today. The Romans of Oneonta – Aaron, 5, and his little sister Luciana, 2 (they allowed dad to come along too) – await the start of a spooky tour at 2 p.m. in the schoolhouse, to be repeated at 3 and 4.
