Donors Give All (All Their Hair)

At St. Baldrick Anti-Cancer Benefit

Danielle Spindler, Oneonta, gave her all – or rather, all her hair – to benefit research into stemming childhood cancer at the annual St. Baldrick’s Day fundraiser Saturday at the Red Jug Pub in downtown Oneonta. Chris Thorington, Oneonta, wielded the clippers at the event. Spindler, the only women of the day to “Brave the Shave,” didn’t have the $20 base donation, but pub patrons pooled their money for her to make the cut. (Ian Austin/AllOTSEGO.com)
