ONEONTA—Independent filmmaker Lori Kelly-Bailey takes a look through past issues of “Hometown Oneonta” and “The Freeman’s Journal.” “I have read them all,” she said, “and they are still worth a second look!” Kelly-Bailey is currently working on a new film, tentatively titled “Ratsbane.”
