A full house at Foothills heard the first thoughts of the Oneonta Downtown Revitalization Initiative Steering Committee as they discussed slowing traffic on Market Street, carving up the Main Street “Super-Block,” downtown housing and more as the committee tries to figure out how best to spend the $10 million dollars awarded by New York State for downtown revitalization.
