Following his presentation at the Mohawk Valley Regional Economic Development Council in the Hunt Union Ballroom, Mayor Gary Herzig led a walking tour of Main St. Oneonta and Market st. to MVREDC members. Oneonta won’t opt out on marijuana By KEVIN LIMITI • Special to www.AllOTSEGO.com The city of Oneonta has no plans to opt out of recreational sales of marijuana, according to local politicians.
