Deputy Mayor To Milford:

Conserve Water Overnight

MILFORD – Deputy Mayor Brian Pokorny has issued a statement asking villagers to continue to conserve water, following the use of 300,000 gallons of village water to extinguish last night’s fire at the Milford United Methodist Church.

“We are asking residents of the Village of Milford to continue to conserve water until 7 a.m. tomorrow,” he announced. “This will allow our well pumps time to replenish the water levels in the village’s water tower after levels dropped significantly due to the high demand we had last night fighting the Methodist Church Fire.”
