New Fire Truck

Arrives In Milford

Fire Chief Don Eckler, friend Bill Triolo, and firefighter Tom Bobnick admire the new fire engine which arrived at Milford Fire Department this afternoon. The engine is a 2017 Frieightline chassis ith a 1250 gallon a minute pump and a 1500 gallon a minute hose. It also features an on board generator and a LED light tower. “This could light up the whole town!” said Eckler. “We needed a new truck big time. This pumps out 1500 more gallons than our previous truck, which was 21 years old. We worked hard to get this through fundraising, donations and saving our money.” (Ian Austin/AllOTSEGO.com)
