LETTER from CHIP NORTHRUP

What If 13 Of Our Neighbors
Joined Attack On The Capitol?

To the Editor:

Another fellow Texan, Luke Coffee, has been arrested for taking part in Trump’s Seditious Farce. This is getting a bit close to home.

Luke Russell Coffee’s grandfather was mayor of University Park, a Dallas suburb, for 20 years. I know his father Roy Coffee, Jr., is a member of the Dallas Country Club. He went to my high school, Highland Park.

All of these places – University Park, the Dallas Country Club, Highland Park – are, for all intents and purposes, all white. The Dallas Country Club had no Jewish members before my father nominated one.

Coffee was identified on video, in photos and social media, as a member of the mob that assaulted police officers with a crutch.

That looks like Luke Coffee, according to photo published in the Dallas Morning News.

He was wearing a cowboy hat – because he’s a Texan. Get it? Me neither.

If convicted, Coffee will have completely dishonored his family and, for all intents and purposes, be unemployable as an actor or producer – unless Q goes into the movie business. Such a waste.

All for supporting a serial conman. He is one of 13 North Texans arrested thus far as members of Trump’s Seditious Farce. More to come. Perhaps some deluded soul you may know.
