Celebrate Dr. Seuss Birthday

Oneonta fireman Josh Rumenapp and his wife, Officer Lindsay Rumenapp, read to fourth graders at Riverside Elementary today, Dr. Seuss’ birthday. The students were allowed to ask them questions about their line of work before enjoying some birthday sweets. This is the second year the departments have had them come in and read to the children.
