OTSEGO WOMEN

READY TO MARCH

It was hard to find too many Otsego Countians heading to Washington D.C. to cheer Donald Trump into the presidency. But women across the county are aflame at the prospect of a Trump Administration. From Oneonta alone, 110 women have chartered two buses to the Women’s March on Washington planned Saturday, Jan. 21. A sympathy march is planned from Oneonta’s Muller Plaza at 1 p.m. that same day, and a vigil outside the county courthouse in Cooperstown at 4:30 p.m. that afternoon. And, as always, much more in Hometown Oneonta and The Freeman’s Journal, on newsstands around the county this afternoon.
