Cooperstown’s Bill Crankshaw, Oneonta’s Joe Yelich and four other local school superintendents gathered to discuss the Parkland shootings, and found they agreed with the idea of hiring school-resource officers to protect local pupils; Senator Seward and Sheriff Devlin appear to be aboard, too.
