Polls Open In Cooperstown

For Village Board Elections

Genevieve Smerski, right, voted a few minutes ago, casting the first ballot of today’s Cooperstown Village Board elections. Incumbents Lou Allstadt and Ellen Tillapaugh Kuch are being challenged by John Sansevere.
