Inauguration Food Drive

ONEONTA – Ahead of Barbara Jean Morris’ inauguration as SUNY Oneonta president on Oct. 5, the campus will collect non-perishable food items on campus.

Sixty percent of the donations will be given to Oneonta-area food banks and 40 percent will go to the campus food pantry in the Hunt Union.

Drop off canned goods at these events:

– Red Day – Aug. 30, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., on the quad

–Founders Day Picnic – Sept. 4, 11:30 a.m-1 p.m., academic quad

–Res Life Family Weekend carnival – Sept. 28, 2-4 p.m., near Wilsbach and MacDuff

– Sodexo 5K Hunger Run/Walk – Sept. 29, 9 a.m., Alumni Field House
