Suspect Steals Beer, Flees, Kicks Police, Troopers Report SPRINGFIELD CENTER – A 26-year-old Cherry Valley man was arrested Sunday afternoon, accused of stealing beer from nearby Tom & Kelly’s Convenience Store and kicking two troopers when they tried to apprehend him, troopers report.
