Hit-and-run driver arrested after Laurens bicyclist dies from accident STAFF REPORT • Special to www.AllOTSEGO.com A Mount Vision man was arrested Saturday, July 3, for leaving the scene of a hit-and-run accident that killed a Laurens bicyclist. Michael Goodspeed, 32, is charged with second degree vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident, according to a New York State trooper press release.
