Hit-and-run driver arrested after Laurens bicyclist dies from accident STAFF REPORT • Special to www.AllOTSEGO.com A Mount Vision man was arrested Saturday, July 3, for leaving the scene of a hit-and-run accident that killed a Laurens bicyclist.
