NORWICH – 2016 will be a year of change in NBT Bancorp’s executive offices, the company announced after its board of directors approved a succession plan Tuesday.

Brrr! That’s Cold!

While you would be hard-pressed to find a mathematician (or weatherman!) who would say that the temperature could be "negative zero" as it reads on the NBT Bank thermometer in Oneonta, everyone can agree that baby, it's cold outside! More accurately, the temperature hovers around -2, with a windchill as low as -30 expected tonight. (Ian Austin/allotsego.com)
