Ella was born November 21, 1931 in Herkimer New York, the daughter of Frederick Gilbert and Ida May (Farley) and adopted parents Earl V. and Mary B. Tuttle. Ella was a sweet, kind soul who enjoyed bowling, square dancing, sewing, walking and most of all, spending time with her family.…
