THIS WEEK’S NEWSPAPERS

The Freeman’s Journal • Hometown Oneonta

Oct. 3-4, 2019

PHOTO OF THE WEEK

Jennifer Miller Dutcher said she was assaulted by David Dart while a teenager in Portlandville, but the case never became public because he was a juvenile. He was later found guilty in the 1989 slaying of Gillian Gibbons in the Oneonta Municipal Parking Garage, and is up for parole again shortly. Miller Dutcher told her story publicly for the first time during last Saturday’s “Justice for Gillian” rally in Oneonta’s Muller Plaza. (Ian Austin/AllOTSEGO.com)
