COOPERSTOWN – Dylan Robinson, 15, appeared in Otsego County Court this afternoon, accused of the second-degree murder of his father, Kenneth Robinson, 53, during a burglary in Worcester last week.

Also accused in the murder and burglary, first degree, were Alexander Borgreen, 16, and Anais Soto, 15.

All three are Oneonta High School students.

“The facts established that Robinson, Borgreen and Soto were in the residence at the time of the shooting,” District Attorney John Muehl told County Judge John Lambert. “They all had weapons. It doesn’t matter that some of them didn’t pull the trigger; they’re just as guilty.”

Alexis Lotterman, 16, Walton, was charged with burglary.

According to state police, Robinson was shot “multiple times” with a long gun during an alleged burglary at his home in Worcester on Thursday, Oct 10.

A fourth teen, Alexis Lotterman, 16, Walton, was accused of burglary. “No evidence shows she was in the residence or that she even knew what the plan was,” said Muehl.

Muehl told Lambert that he intends to file the paperwork to keep the case against Robinson, Borgreen and Soto out of family court, and try them as adults. Bail was set at $50,000 bond, $25,000 cash.

Lotterman, he said, will not be charged as an adult. Her bail was set at $3,500 cash.

Nicolas Meridy, 32, Oneonta, was also charged with second-degree murder and first-degree burglary. He will appear in Worcester Town Court on Thursday, Oct. 17.

Several of these kids ate innocent! They were pulled into something and should be giving a second chance. Look at the BIG picture!

I think in my honest opinion Alexis Lotterman does not deserve bail she deserves to be in prison for what she has done.

I’m sorry to have to say this. But I have come to the realization that we are going to have to start making examples of young teens/adults who are committing these crimes. Actions have consequences and I feel soft hearts have forgotten this and good people are dying.

Anais is innocent ik she didn’t wanna be their I’ve known her for so long and she wouldn’t do anything like that

How could a child kill their parent? I knew Kenny from years ago. He worked hard, had a big heart and loved to joke around. These kids knew what they were doing. Regardless of their age. Premeditated thought. Maybe they were cohered into doing it by the older man, maybe not. I don’t know. It’s on their heads either way. They robbed and killed a man. Hope they can live with themselves

alexis is innocent until proven guilty, and the article states that her involvement couldn’t be proved. its evil to suggest that she recieve credit and full punishment for the charges.
