IN MEMORIAM: Charlotte Vibbard, 87;
Raised Daughter, 2 Sons In Edmeston
EDMESTON – Charlotte Vibbard, 87, of Sherburne, passed away Monday Dec. 7, 2020, in Cooperstown.
Charlotte was born on Oct. 2, 1933,in Cooperstown, to the late Goldie Wilford. In addition to her mother, she was predecesed by her husband Glenn Vibbard in 1999, and her siblings Hazel, Jody, Clarence, Carl, Jessie, and Raymond.
A lifetime resident of the area, Charlotte married Glenn Vibbard on April 11, 1964, in Edmeston at the Second Baptist Church. She and Glenn remained in the area and raised their children.
Charlotte was also a member of the Second Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter Christine (Joseph) Santiago of Sherburne, sons Mike (Cindy) Vibbard of Pennsylvania, and Ed (Kathy) Vibbard of South New Berlin; grandchildren Crystal Mumbulo, Michael Mumbulo, Christopher Santiago, Cody Santiago, Elizabeth Vibbard, Adam Vibbard, Josh Vibbard, Nichole Vibbard, Ashley Vibbard, Brandon Vibbard, and Edward Vibbard, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Edmeston Union Cemetery.
