In Early Returns, Bob Wood,

Stammel Romp In Oneonta

ONEONTA – The night has started well for local Democrats, although it’s early.

Early returns  gave the District 4 Town of Oneonta seat on the county Board of Representatives to incumbent Democrat Andrew Stammel decisively, 835-535 over Republican Breck Tarbell.

Democrat Town Supervisor Bob Wood handily turned back a challenge from Republican Mike Butler, 706-508.  And incumbents Patty Jacob, a Democrat, and Republican Randy Mower both retained their two seats in a four-way race for town board.

It was Jacob 757, Mower 734, Republican Dan Baker 685 and Democrat Jim McCue 634.
