Pauline G. Dudley, 95; Led

Home Ec At SUNY Oneonta

ONEONTA – Pauline G. Dudley, 95, retired director of SUNY Oneonta’s Home Economics Division, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018, at her home in Oneonta.

She was born July 30, 1922 in Bassett, Iowa, to Robert Glen and Dorothy Petersen Dudley.  The family moved to Floyd, Iowa, where her brother, Leland, was born in 1924.  In 1934, they moved to Ames, Iowa, where Pauline attended Ames High School, graduating with honors in 1939.  She was active in vocal music groups, student government, Girl Reserves, and National Honor Society.
