Strange Creatures Run

In Halloween Coop Loop

If you stick your head out the window in Cooperstown right now, you might see the Coop Loop 5K and 10K participants running by in full costume.   Above, Cooperstown pals – from left, Paul Crowell, Mark Spinosa and John Luke Raymond – prepare to run the 5K.  (Last year, Mark was identified as the “unidentified taco”!).  At right, if you tot you taw a puddy-tat on the way to the race, you did, you did – Alena Krug, CCS high school secretary, was directing runners from her post at Susquehanna and Beaver.  Due to the rain, the turnout was a little lower than usual for the Clark Sports Center event, but the runners made up the difference in enthusiasm.
