Cathi Wiltsey helps her 6-year-old daughter Charlotte try on a hat at the annual Cookies & Crafts Fair at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Oneonta this morning. Wiltsey, a volunteer for the event and member of the church, has been participating for the last four years. “I love to have the opportunity to see the beautiful works the vendors have and to be able to buy things,” she said.
