The Oneonta Community Concert Band invites the public for an evening concert ‘Going Out’ exploring the activities we’ve all missed for the past year. Violinist Jorg-Michael Schwarz and the Musicians of Ma’alwyck will recreate the music the Clarke family would have listened to at the Hyde Hall. The performance is based on the diaries of George Templeton Strong, a friend of the Clarkes, who kept detailed notes on the music of the era. The evening will include readings from his diary.
