James “Jimmy” Frazier died peacefully on July 17, 2024 at 84. He was born March 29, 1940 to Mabel and Leslie Frazier in Davenport, New York. James married the love of his life, Roberta (“Bobbie”), on January 2, 1962. Together, they built a thriving family business. James loved beauty. This passion led him to establish J.R. National History Day Competition Still Going Strong

Students were in high spirits and the look of determination to demonstrate knowledge they acquired after months of research was shared across the board.
