Otsego County announces another death from COVID STAFF REPORT • Special to www.AllOTSEGO.com Otsego County’s Department of Health announced Wednesday, Oct. 13, that another county resident has died from the coronavirus. According to county records, 52 residents have died from the virus in 2021 and 71 total since the pandemic began in 2020.
