ONEONTA – Following three months of closure, Oneonta City Hall will be open to the public by appointment only.
Residents may make appointments for certain in-person transactions by contacting the necessary department using the online Department Contact Form, or by using the department-specific contact information.
All City of Oneonta meetings will remain online and continue to be broadcasted on the City’s offical YouTube channel.
For a limited time, new annual subscriptions to the hard copy of “The Freeman’s Journal” or “Hometown Oneonta” (which also includes unlimited access to AllOtsego.com), or digital-only access to AllOtsego.com, can also give back to one of their favorite Otsego County charitable organizations.
