City Of Hills Art Festival

Features ‘Special’ Bingo

ONEONTA – You might ask, “What the heck is cow plop bingo?” says Geoff Doyle, operations manager at Foothills, which is teaming up this year with CANO’s City of the Hills Art & Music Festival, organizing an Old Fashioned Flea Market next door.

To genteel to get into particulars, Doyle suggests people who want to learn more click on the Youtube video above.

The Art & Music Festival will be Saturday, Aug. 3, on Main Street (between Ford and Chestnut.)
