Wood To Vice President

At Oneonta Office

ONEONTA – Community Bank has promoted Paul F. Wood to vice president, senior trust officer, in Oneonta. Wood brings to the position seven years of experience in the banking industry.
In his new role, Wood will assume responsibility for the bank’s Oneonta trust group, which has provided investment management as well as trust and estate planning services since 1922.
Wood has been with Community Bank since August 2016, when he joined the team as associate vice president and trust officer. Previously, he served as senior vice president, trust & investor relations for the former National Bank of Delaware County.
“I know that his expertise and leadership will drive the continued success of our Trust Services team,” said Charles Perrillo, Community’s senior vice president.
Wood serves on the board of directors for the Community Foundation of South Central New York and as a member of the Patient and Family Advisory Council for UHS Delaware Valley Hospital.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from New Hampshire College. He lives in Delaware County with his wife, Tracie, and their four children, Ethan, Emma, Zachary and Zoe.
