Heavy Snow Won’t Dim

Oneonta Festival Of Lights

John Becker clears snow from a Festival of Lights display he built for the Benson Agency this morning in Neahwa Park. Though yesterday’s snowstorm dumped 29″ of powder on Oneonta, First Night’s planned Festival of Lights is still scheduled to brighten the park, starting at sunset this evening.
