Fundraiser Helps Pridefest

Become Oneonta Reality

Proceeds from the auction and drink donations from Roots went towards supporting the first-time event, planned Sunday, June 11. It will feature a rally in Muller plaza, a march, followed by food, music and family entertainment in Neahwa Park. “We tried to get something like this to happen before but it didn’t happen.” said Mosher Campoli. “But now, the political climate has changed. People are motivated and it feels like the right time.” Pridefest organizers are seeking to raise $2,500 to make the event happen.
