Faso Leads Delgado Locally, But Trailing In 19th Overall  Republican incumbent Congressman John Faso, R-Kinderhook, holds a 51 percent to 43 percent lead over Democratic challenger Antonio Delgado in the “western part” of the 19th District, presumably Otsego, Delaware and Schoharie counties, according to a Monmouth (N.J.)
