ONEONTA – Word has been received that Phil Bresee, one of three brothers who operated Oneonta’s landmark Bresee Department Store in its final decades, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at the Thanksgiving Home in Cooperstown, where he had resided in recent years.
A full obituary will be forthcoming later today from the Lewis, Hurley & Pietrobono Funeral Home, which is handling the arrangements.
