Will Use $2M In Grants

City Announced Downtown Winners This Week
Click on the link above to review a list of all 60 applicants who benefit from $2 million in DRI (Downtown Revitalization Initiative) grants announced Tuesday. They range from $225,000 for what is being termed a “transformative” project in the former Ruffino building. Two other grants, one to attorney Mike Getman, the other to Oneonta Optical, will be used to transform upper stories of downtown buildings into apartments.
