Springbrook Promotes Harman

To Chief Financial Officer Post

Wade Harman

ONEONTA – Springbrook had announced the appointment of Wade Harman as chief financial officer.

Harman has been a member of Springbrook’s leadership team since August 2015, serving as the director of fnance. He joined the organization in February 2013 as the assistant controller.

As CFO, Harman will work closely with Springbrook’s Chief Operating Officer Seth Haight, Chief Executive Officer Patricia Kennedy, and the organization’s Board of Directors.

Harman is a lifelong resident of Otsego County.  He graduated from Unatego Central School and received an accounting degree from Siena College.

In his four years at 1,200-employee Springbrook, the budget has grown 35 percent, from $40 million to $54 million, and Harman has been a key member of several organizational teams, executing executed projects funded by the state Balancing Incentives Program Transformation Fund and Community Development Block Grant.

“This appointment is well deserved,” said Bill Mirabito, the Springbrook board’s Finance Committee chair.  “His knowledge of the industry and financial skills greatly benefit Springbrook!”
