Town Of Otsego Overestimated Revenues, State Auditors Find FLY CREEK – The Otsego Town Board “did not adopt realistic budgets; budgets varied significantly from the actual results each year,” state Comptroller Tom DiNapoli concluded in an audit of town finances released over the weekend.
