That Was Artist Scott Williams,

Who Paints NYC Industrial Scenes

Driving along Main Street, Oneonta, early this afternoon, you may have noticed an artist at his palette, painting I-88’s Exit 14 overpass en plein air. It turned out to be Scott Williams, who paints industrial scenes in New York City and around, and summers in the Stamford area. He was pursuing his craft while his son attended soccer camp at SUNY Oneonta. (Jim Kevlin/AllOTSEGO.com)
