Saturdays, Meg Kennedy, county representative and AllOTSEGO.com’s Citizen of the Year for 2019, may be found at her flower stall at the Cooperstown Farmers’ Market, assisted by her nephew Robert, brother Owen’s son. (She also vends at the Oneonta, Delhi and Callicoon farmers markets.) This year, Kennedy, C-Hartwick/Milford/New Liston, shepherded in professional management at the tops of the $120 million Otsego County government, and led the county’s Energy Task Force.  For more details, see below.
