Troopers Find 2 X-County Skiers,
Arrest Wrong-Way Driver On I-81
SIDNEY – All may have been quiet in Otsego County this weekend, but Troop C, which serves the county, reported two missing cross-country skiers found near Ithaca after a nine-hour search, and an wrong-way driver on Interstate 81 north of Binghamton arrested for DWI.
