The grand finale of the 15th annual Carnival Fireworks lit up the dark night a few minutes ago. Shot from the Leatherstocking Golf Course, Otsego Lake captured its reflection. The officials elected countywide, Clerk Kathy Sinnott-Gardner, D.A. John Muehl, Treasurer Dan Crowell and Sheriff Richard J. Devlin Jr. personally contributed funds to make the event happen.
