As Reunion Gets Underway

A record-breaking 144 golfers brought the Oneonta Country Club to full capacity as they arrived this morning to participate in the 13th annual Alumni Golf Tournament this morning to kick off OHS Alumni Weekend 2019.  On the first tee, in inset photo, Bob Harlem, Oneonta, takes the first shot of the morning alongside friend and teammate Nick Lambros, Oneonta.  The annual alumni reception is this evening at the Armory, followed tomorrow by the inductions of Hall of Fame and Wall of Distinction honorees, followed by the annual homecoming game in the afternoon.  (Ian Austin/AllOTSEGO.com)

First Ever Charity Cup

Sees Excellent Turnout

Oneonta residents Patti Canner, Todd Carrington, Jamey Novick, Wayne Carrington, Cricket Keto, and Tom Thetford all pose for a photo together just before teeing off on the 18th hole at the Inaugural Oneonta Charity Cup. 31 teams signed up for the charity tournament, with proceeds, an estimated $20k, going to the Wounded Warrior Project. The tournament continues tomorrow, with teams teeing off at 2:00 and finishing with a celebration dinner at the B Side Ballroom in Oneonta.
