36th Annual Crayon Carnival

Fills Bursey Gymnasium

Breona Talbot, 3, Cooperstown, is presented with a balloon animal, made specially for her by BJ the Clown during the Cooperstown PTA’s annual Crayon Carnival in the Red Bursey Gymnasium.
