Karen Sullivan To Retire As Director Of Planning COOPERSTOWN – Karen Sullivan, director of the county Planning Department, will retire at the end of the month, county board Chairman David Bliss, R-Cooperstown/Town of Middlefield, announced a few minutes ago.
